This summer, I decided to try my hand at photographing fireworks for the first time. I don't think I did too bad for my first attempt at it, and it's really easy to do. These were taken right here in West Texas. I shot these on 35mm film with a Canon AE1. Editing note: When I have more time, I want to come back and rescan these and see if I can bring out the colors a little more as well as post larger pics. I had a crappy image scanner back then and I am noting some artifacts on all of them that aren't on the originals that I think must have been on the scanner glass.
